About the Role
We are looking for a Front Desk / Hospitality Specialist who can deliver a calm, professional, and welcoming client experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
This role is the first and last point of contact for our clients. It requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed while managing multiple responsibilities in a quiet, service-focused environment.
What You’ll Do

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival

Confirm appointments, offer water, and assist with check-in

Maintain awareness of clients in the waiting area

Manage phone calls, scheduling, and client inquiries

Book and modify appointments using our scheduling system (Fresha)

Support therapists by keeping schedules accurate and on track

Maintain a clean, organized, and calm lobby environment

Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a steady, composed presence

Preferred Experience

Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience

Experience in wellness, spa, medical, or service environments

Familiarity with booking or scheduling systems (Fresha or similar)

This is a quiet, professional environment focused on client comfort.
The role requires a steady, attentive presence—not a fast-paced retail style.
Schedule

Part-time depending on availability
